Having studied beading and embroidery at the Paris Academy of Fashion in London,
I went on to work in the Bridal industry, eventually running my own
business (Tassles) designing and making bespoke Bridal Gowns
for individual clients.
My real passion, however, lay with working with the pearls and crystals
that I used to hand finish the gowns and so I made the gradual transition
into the world of tiaras.
In addition to Bridal accessories, I now also design and make jewellery and am
a published writer for a selection of jewellery magazines. Working from my home based studio
in rural East Sussex, I love sourcing interesting beads to work with, and enjoy the imagination
and creativity involved in turning them into the finished piece.
